Our Story
Where we came from.
Gray Consult Group was established by practitioners who had spent careers on both sides of the development equation — as project managers delivering complex builds, and as advisors stress-testing investment decisions before capital was committed.
We saw a consistent gap in the market: developers and investors who needed genuinely independent, technically rigorous advice, not just a firm that would validate what they already wanted to hear. We built Gray Consult Group to fill that gap.
Today we work with a select number of clients at any one time — developers, institutional investors, private equity, and family offices — across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial sectors throughout Australia.
